Β PIECE CARE
Treat your pieces right and they'll stay fresh longer:
Roll beaded bracelets on. Never stretch them over your hand.
Take jewelry off before showering, swimming, working out, or sleeping.
Keep it away from perfume, lotion, hairspray, and sanitizer.
Put jewelry on last and take it off first.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store in a dry pouch.
Don't over-stack stretch bracelets. They need breathing room too.
Fashion jewelry naturally changes with wear, moisture, and skin chemistry, so fading, tarnish, and stretching aren't covered. Follow these tips and you'll get the most out of your pieces.Β 
Β RETURNS
Because most pieces are one of a kind, and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. That includes earrings, lashes, press-ons, body care, and sale items. Have a question about a piece? Ask me before you order. I'm happy to help.
Β DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If something shows up damaged, emailΒ akararehabitz@gmail.comΒ within 14 days of delivery. Send your order number and clear photos. You can choose a different piece of equal value or store credit.
Β BROKEN AFTER WEAR
Things happen! Email me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If I can repair it, I will. Some pieces come from other makers and can't be fixed. In that case, I may offer store credit, reviewed case by case.
Β STORE CREDIT
Credit goes straight to your account for any future order, and it doesn't expire. I don't offer refunds to your original payment method.
Β WRONG ITEM
If I send the wrong item, I'll make it right.
